It’s a long way to the top, if you wanna rock ‘n’ roll 🎸

Fueled by rock music! It boosts my mood prior to the start of my day, or when I’m having a bad day. I can always count on WLUP-FM aka #TheLoop to have my favorites playing on the radio.

Part of this look (Hair) was inspired by #HannaPainter, but I added extras to give it a rock star look. Hey, everyone! Finally done with midterms, thank God! I ended the first term with an “A” in one class, and a “B” in the other. Yippee! Eight more weeks left into the semester. Forgive me for the lack of posting and slightly late responses. 

Anyway, i felt in the mood to wear faux leather pants today, but the vest was a last add. To think of it, this is my first fall 2017 outfit. Yes, indeed, I’m bringing it all out as the weeks go on, and expect to see more of my jackets, vests, cardigans, hoodies, skull caps, and scarfs that i love. ❤

As for for the outfit, I’m wearing a vest by Repair Design Under Construction, that i purchased from Ross; skull cap by Gap; and faux leather pants by Express. I took several pictures of this look, so expect different variations, along with head-to-toe shots. Woke up this morning; went to the gym; left the gym, and got pooped on by a bird! All I could pretty much do is laugh, because I hear that it’s good luck! There is a superstition that if a bird poops on you, your car or your property, you may receive good luck and riches. Fedora + JNYC Suede jacket + Cielo bootcut jeans

Finally found something that looks good with this suede jacket. I’ve tried adding it with other things in the past, but didn’t think that it looked very good. I wore the look underneath with a hoodie, but wanted to see what everyone thought of this look with the suede jacket instead. I’ll share the hoodie look on a later date, which didn’t look bad itself.
